With almost two decades of experience supporting schools across the UK and Australia, I have built my career around one core belief: the right educator can transform a school community.

My journey began in the United Kingdom, recruiting teachers and support staff for a wide range of schools. After relocating to Australia, I expanded my experience by working within both Primary and Secondary school environments in administration, staffing and student support roles. This dual perspective - recruitment and in school operations - has given me a deep understanding of what schools truly need to operate effectively and what educators need to thrive.

I founded this boutique agency to bridge a gap I saw firsthand: schools deserve access to exceptional talent and educators deserve a recruitment partner who genuinely understands the sector. My focus is on connecting Australian schools with outstanding educators from both Australia and overseas, ensuring continuity, reliability and the perfect fit for each school’s culture and community.
