2. Candidate Responsibilities Candidates agree to provide accurate and truthful information, maintain current registrations and comply with all legal working requirements relevant to employment within Australia.

3. Candidate Compliance Candidates consent to Killeen Education Recruitment conducting reference, qualification and compliance checks as part of the recruitment process. Candidates also consent to Killeen Education Recruitment presenting their details to prospective employers for recruitment purposes.

4. Schools and Client Responsibilities Schools and education organisations agree to provide accurate information regarding vacancies and employment conditions and maintain confidentiality regarding candidate information supplied by Killeen Education Recruitment.

5. Candidate Information and Introductions Candidate resumes, profiles and information supplied by Killeen Education Recruitment are confidential and provided solely for recruitment purposes.

6. Recruitment Process While Killeen Education Recruitment undertakes reasonable efforts to assess candidate suitability, final hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Client.

7. Privacy Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, users consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as outlined within that policy.
